Eden Valley producer Dominic Torzi with Italian heritage has done well here...delicious dark cherry fruit, pot pourri, leather, fresh herbs and spice. Good length, grippy tannins and structure. Recommend decanting this to show its true colours. What I would call a juicy red wine. We didn't get to the Durif (Petit Syrah) or Zinfandel (Primitivo), which is a shame.
