Green Economics 101 - how to spend 10 billion euros for almost nothing

Sigh. Are we going completely effing crazy?

I'd like to say that only the nutcases in the Greens could possibly be stupid enough to think that it actually makes sense for Germany to spend 10 billion euros over 20 years to produce only 0.3% of its current energy requirements, and that we should follow its example, but that wouldn't be true.
