Alright, I accept that I shouldn't be drinking it as I'm basically feeling crap.
And I shouldn't have opened the bottle last night. (Same reason.)
Especially as the remainder maybe needed another day or two before really becoming properly drinkable.
I'm going to have to buy some other wine so I can leave this stuff alone, because I reckon it'll be quite nice in another year or so's time.
And no, I am not going to drink any damn New Zealand Shiraz in the mean time. I will consider something from South Africa because the people at Dombeya Wines in Stellenbosch, seem to be very nice.
