Condom spruikers suffer attention deficit disorder

"Contraception advice is crucial to poor countries' battle with climate change." Oh dear. Is there anybody who hasn't yet jumped on the climate change bandwagon? You can just see what's going on in the heads of these people, whether they are from Oxfam or the WHO - "Jeez, what do we have to do to try and get some attention these days? I know!" Is there anything that doesn't cause climate change or wont be made worse by it? Anything?
