Praising Obama twice in 24 hours

Here at Power Line, we usually don't praise President Obama twice a month, never mind twice in 24 hours. However, in addition to praise for his interview regarding [Africa], Obama should be commended for selecting Dr. Francis Collins to head the National Institutes of Health.   Peter Wehner explains why.
