My lady and I shared the Chateaubriand steak for two. It’s not every day you get to taste a USD$102 steak. How good could it be?
It was astounding. It was not some tasteless, over-tender cut, nor the fat/gristle-fest you’d find at a regular steakhouse. It was a gloriously savory, tender and juicy cut of the most extraordinary meat I’ve ever had. It was as close to carnivore heaven as you could imagine. Worth every penny, and then some.
