No, this is the campest YouTube video ever

I'd earlier pointed to this video which, upon seeing this latest one, I'd definitely characterise as more strange than camp.

Here we have five 15 year old Thai high school students (and budding katoey - ladyboys) - the Wonder Gays - performing their YouTube cover of a Wonder Girls song.

Bangkok of the Mind says:

The students, from select-entry Taweethapisek School in Bangkok Yai, are an internet sensation. A YouTube clip of them dancing and lip-synching to the Wonder Girls hit, Nobody, has been viewed more than 1.5 million times.

The boys, wearing uniform, filmed the tribute video in front of their school where students line up for the flag ceremony every day.

All of which forces that question I always ask about the country - is there something in the water there?
