Tjupi Band - Wati Kutjungku

I'm loving this bit of 'desert reggae' from the Tjupi Band.

"Tjupi (Luritja for Honey Ant) come from Papunya, 250kms North West of Alice Springs. Playing energetic and emotive songs they form part of the new wave of Indigenous Australian reggae."

Go here and listen to Wati Kutjungku, as well as Irititja Tjutaya Nyinapayi and Kutju Nagrala.
